优良状态是自己需要的能力都在手边，可以全部运用时的状态。我们每一个人都曾经做过一些感到骄傲的事，或者受到自己重视的人的赞赏，或者取得令人惊讶的成就，这些经验可以证明自己有所需的能力。
这套，便是把这些能力变得容易提取可以随传随到。如果你感到自己某些能力不足(内心的能力，例如、冲动、冷静、幽默等)，可以用这个帮助自己重新掌握。
开始之前，先选定一个运用自己身体便可做出的经验掣，例如用右手紧握左手小指(以下过程以1此为例)。重要的是，这个动作在过去不会经常习惯地做出来。
经验掣
(1)步骤(以右手紧握左手小指为经验掣)。
回忆一次过人成就，或者感到骄傲的经验中包含的所需的内心能力。把自己带回当时的景象、声音及内心感受。调校光线使变得更光亮，颜色更鲜艳，景物更清晰及放大。调校声音使更接近自己，更大声，把感觉亦调校得强一点。
(2)达到这境界时，心中感觉的强烈程度增加，当快到最高点时，便用右手紧握左手小指，享受这种感觉一会儿。(若有需要，可在握指之前做几次大力吸气，以加强力量。)当这个感觉开始下降时，须马上放手。
(3)打破状态，即去想一些无关事物(例如昨晚吃过什么)。
(4)再回忆该次经验，重做(1)、(2)及(3)，如是者数次。
(5)用右手紧握左手小指，看看那愉快而强烈的感觉需时多久才涌现。若太慢则重做(1)、(2)及(3)数次(注意所选择的经验是否有负面的因素，回忆的过程中是否太粗率，若仍无效，改选另外一个经验和经验掣)。亦可以用数个有同类正面感觉的经验，加入同一经验掣中，把储于经验掣的能力大大提升。
(6)是每当右手紧握左手小指时，该愉快而强的感觉在一两秒内便能涌现。
（7)做未来测试，即想像下次有需要运用该能力的场合，试塑造当时的景物及声音，然后右手紧握左手小指，看看内心的力量如何涌出，因而应付当时情况的能力加强了。
过去的经验固然可以带回当时的`内心能力，用经验掣储留，因而能够随要随有；经想像而产生的经验亦会有同样的效果。例如一个心不足的人，觉得过去没有显示充分的经验可供提用，可以运用以下的3种“借力”方法。
(1)“借力”方法之一
假想自己完成一件十分自豪的事，在脑中设计出的景象和声音，即环境布置、灯光色彩、人物景象等，并且是像电影般的动画，加上别人说话的声音、背景杂声或音乐，自己内心的话等。
(2)“借力”方法之二
想出一个有此能力的人，想像他站在不远处，向他要求借取这份能力，并且向他保证，能力不会因借出分享而减少。当他答应点头后，想像他扬手洒出代表这份能力的光粉(见图11—3)。想像这阵光粉像雨点般降落在自己的身上，感受一下能力进人自己身体里的感觉。
(3)“借力”方法之三
想出一个有此能力的人，回想上次(或者一次)见到他在台上演说的模样
注意台上射到他身上的灯光特别明亮；他的声音很有力，吸引全场人士的注意。
然后想像自己站起来，向他走去。途中看到台上的他越来越清晰，他的声音越来越响亮，路过的两边人群的投入也越来越强烈。然后你走上台，站在他身旁，一同面向群众，看到观众被你俩吸引着。
你听到的声音就在旁边响起，所以很响亮清晰，内心的感觉因此很强烈。然后，你横走一步，进入他的身体里。
