欧洲鸽子的启示哲理故事
信鸽是世界上唯一可跟狗媲美的忠诚动物，它们的优点可不仅仅是忠心，它们还有比狗更好的记忆力。另外一个优点，狗和信鸽无法相比，信鸽的执行力几乎完美无缺。信鸽会按主人的指令，义无反顾地去完成任务，它们拒绝任何诱惑，直至抵达目的地。而这一点，即便训练有素的犬也无法做到，犬偶尔会为了食物和异性“走神”。正因如此，信鸽成了最具执行力的典范。关于信鸽历尽千辛万苦传递信息完成任务的感人故事比比皆是。
信鸽果真如此神奇吗？其实未必。它们也有失败的时候，而且败得让人匪夷所思。
欧洲的一个信鸽爱好者，每隔几天就给远方的朋友送去祝福，他既不打电话，也不发电子邮件，而是让自己的信鸽亲自传递书信。朋友看后很欣慰，用同样的方法再让信鸽将回信送回。
他们来来往往几个回合之后，信鸽爱好者突然发现，一只信鸽没有返回，后来，类似的事情时有发生。十几只信鸽，只剩下六只。信鸽爱好者百思不得其解，他决定和远方的朋友一道调查信鸽失踪的原因。
经过三个月的追踪调查，他们终于在信鸽经历的一个地点发现了秘密。原来，信鸽死在了机场上空，而且机场工作人员也给出了证据。“为什么会这样呢？”朋友问信鸽爱好者，他不无伤感地回答：“我的信鸽有着坚定的执行力，它们从不改变飞行路线，碰到电线和飞机，它们也勇敢地飞过去，结果可想而知，当然不是受伤就是撞。我的这些宝贝鸽子实在太让我伤心了！”
墨守成规的信鸽居然死在了自己坚定的执行力上，这不能不说是一种遗憾和悲哀！
意大利和AC米兰队著名的铁后卫马尔帝尼是主教练最放心的队员，他领悟主教练的意图和执行力无人能及。但他从不墨守成规，除了在中后场防守，他还伺机参与和组织进攻，并且屡屡建功。马尔帝尼在队时，既是AC米兰也是意大利队的黄金时代。
可见，学会变通的执行力多么重要，否则，闹出信鸽的悲剧不足为奇。
